Marine Projects
A range of products and tooling can be produced for the marine industry, tailor made to each requirement. This includes 3D male or female moulds, foam core kits and scale hull/deck and half models.
3D Machining
3D machining can be done using polyurethane or epoxy tooling board. MDF can be used as a cheaper alternative; it can be made into a single block or pre-cut into a custom stock, reducing machining time and waste material.
2D Machining
2D machining can produce a wide range of accurately cut parts including marine templates, camper van furniture and home furnishings, in a range of materials to suit your requirements.
Camper Conversions
Using skills and materials from the marine trade, a range of camper vans have been designed and converted. The CNC machine has been used to cut furniture as well as custom teak effect floors and unique ceiling cards. Please contact to discuss any aspects of your conversion that you need help with.
Bespoke Domestic Projects
Projects have ranged from bar stools to stair cases and from lobster post-boxes to resin filled maps.
